We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, here is how our return, refund, and exchange process works.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items. To start the return process, contact us at info@bellarosamode.com. Please ensure that the items are unused and unworn and still in the original packaging with all tags attached. Returns will not be accepted if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date.
Return Process
- Please contact us first: Send an email to info@bellarosamode.com with your order details and the reason for the return. Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.
- Follow the instructions: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send back the item.
- Pack it well: Make sure the product is well packed to avoid damage during transport.
- Return shipping costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Refund
After we receive your returned package, we will inspect it. Once the refund is approved, it will be credited to the original payment method. This process can take up to 7 days. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Exchange
Changed your mind and want a different item? No problem! Just contact us at info@bellarosamode.com and let us know what you want to exchange, and we will guide you through the process.
Cancellations
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bellarosamode.com. Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellations if the order has already been processed.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, we are happy to help! Take a photo of the issue and email it to info@bellarosamode.com. We will ensure the problem is resolved and you receive the correct item or a replacement;
