Return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items. To start the return process, contact us at info@bellarosamode.com. Please ensure that the items are unused and unworn and are still in their original packaging with all labels attached. Returns will not be accepted if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date.

Refund

After we receive your returned package, we will inspect it. Once the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. This process may take up to 7 days. We do not charge restocking fees.

Exchange
Have you changed your mind and would like a different item? No problem! Simply contact us at info@bellarosamode.com and let us know what you would like to exchange, and we will guide you through the process.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bellarosamode.com. Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellations if the order has already been processed.
Damaged or defective items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, we will be happy to help! Take a photo of the issue and send it by email to info@bellarosamode.com. We will make sure the issue is resolved and that you receive the correct item or a replacement.
