• Order processing: 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday)
• Transit time: 7-10 business days (Monday - Friday)
• Free delivery: Available for all orders within Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, Poland, the Czech Republic, France, Spain, Greece, and Canada.

Shipping process
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email stating that we have begun processing your order. Processing normally takes 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday). Once processed, your order will be shipped and you will receive an email with tracking details.

Delivery takes approximately 7-10 business days (Monday - Friday).

We are pleased to offer free delivery for all orders within Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, Poland, Greece, Spain, the Czech Republic, France, and Canada.

Delays
You should receive your order within 8-13 business days (Monday - Friday). If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, do not worry - delays may occasionally occur due to peak season, holidays, weather, or other circumstances.

We ask that you allow an additional 3 business days (Monday - Friday) before contacting us. If your order has not arrived by then, please contact us at info@bellarosamode.com and we will investigate the issue.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us at info@bellarosamode.com Please make sure to contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order, as we can no longer cancel your order once processing has begun.

Damaged or incorrect items
In the rare event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please take photos of the issue and send them to info@bellarosamode.com. We will promptly review your case and ensure that you receive the correct, undamaged item.
