- Free Delivery: Available for all orders within Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, Poland, the Czech Republic, France, Spain, Greece, and Canada.
Shipping Procedure
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that we have started processing your order. Processing usually takes 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday). After processing, your order will be shipped and you will receive an email with tracking details.
Delivery time is approximately 7-10 business days (Monday - Friday).
We are pleased to offer free delivery for all orders within Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, Poland, Greece, Spain, the Czech Republic, France, and Canada.
Delays
You should receive your order within 8-13 business days (Monday - Friday). If your order has not arrived within this time frame, don’t worry – occasional delays can occur due to peak seasons, holidays, weather, or other circumstances.
Please allow an additional 3 business days (Monday - Friday) before contacting us. If your order has still not arrived by then, please contact us at info@bellarosamode.com and we will investigate the issue.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us at

Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please take photos of the issue and send them to info@bellarosamode.com. We will promptly review your case and ensure you receive the correct, undamaged item.
